3M 69 | White Glass Cloth | 0.177 mm Total | Thermosetting Silicone | Class 200 °C
Product Description
Woven glass cloth forms the carrier of 3M Tape 69, which carries a thermosetting silicone adhesive and comes in white. Ratings cover 600 V in dry locations and Class N (200 °C), so motors and transformers are the natural home, varnished or not. Heat makes the adhesive grip harder rather than soften, and the cloth adds mechanical strength plus solvent resistance for coil covers, banding and layer insulation.
