3M Safety‑Walk 310 is the 300‑series “medium resilient” anti‑slip tape/tread in black rolls or pre‑cut pads. It uses a dimensionally stable plastic film with a non‑mineral, medium‑textured resilient vinyl surface and a pressure‑sensitive adhesive on the reverse, covered by a removable liner. Instead of abrasive grit, it is made for barefoot and light‑shoe wet areas—locker rooms, showers/tubs, pools, hot tubs, boats/docks, personal watercraft, gym equipment, interior stairs/lobbies/entrances and light conveyors. Nominal thickness ~1.17mm, apply 4–79°C, NFSI high‑traction, referenced to OSHA/ADA/ASTM where applicable.
