3M 9626 is an unsupported adhesive-transfer film—no PET/foam/cloth/paper carrier, only 3M™ Quick Bonding Acrylic 360 PSA on a 60# glassine liner; pure-adhesive thickness 0.05mm/2mil, with liner about 0.13mm. It is built for thin-bond, high-tack, HSE+LSE versatility and fast quick-stick: PP, HDPE, LDPE, powder coat, metal, ABS, PC, glass and foam all bond immediately, for small-part assembly, nameplate/decorative-trim lamination, foam-to-powder-coated surfaces and LSE plastic fixation/die-cutting. It resists water/humidity/UV/solvents/oil/mild acid-alkali, serves −40 to 93°C long term with short-term process up to 177°C; more LSE/quick-stick than general HSE transfer films, thinner/carrier-free than PET double-coats, thinner than heavy transfer films for precision low-profile bonds.

Features

• Unsupported 2mil quick-stick: pure 360 acrylic 0.05mm, linerless-bond after release with no PET/foam caliper; more LSE/quick-stick than 9460PC (0.05mm/100MP), thinner than 950 (0.13mm/300), zero carrier vs PET double-coats.
• Strong LSE initial tack: PP 30s face 12/back 11N/cm, 72h face 13/back 12; HDPE/LDPE/PP and powder coat bond with minimal primer versus general 200MP/HSE acrylic.
• High HSE peel too: stainless 72h 14/13, ABS 13/11, PC 14/13N/cm; one acrylic for metal/glass/ABS/PC on one side and LSE on the other in dissimilar small parts.
• 60# glassine conversion-stable: tan glassine 0.08mm/3.2mil for slitting/die-cut/auto-lamination without curl; thinner than PCK, better pure-adhesive waste than film liner.
• Thin conformable lamination: laminating adhesive conforms to slight irregularity; foam/powder/plastic thin lines without stack-up—more flexible than hard high-temp film, not for large gaps.
• Water/humidity/UV/solvent: 100h room-water immersion retained, 72h at 65°C/90%RH no loss, UV stable, oil/mild acid-alkali/many solvents OK; cleaner than liquid, more outdoor than paper/rubber transfer.
• Wide-temp quick process: long 93°C, short 177°C (minutes/hours), low −40°C; six −20/65°C high-humidity cycles no loss for baking/interior/electronics; hotter than office transfer, cooler than 100MP high-temp.
• Compliance and industries: Ford WSS-M11P62, general industrial/electronics/medical/wood/aerospace/transport/specialty; clear carrier-free no edge vs mechanical fasteners/liquid adhesive.

• LSE plastic small parts: PP/HDPE/LDPE housings, containers, automotive/appliance plastic clips/brackets/labels; 30s quick-stick, minimal primer.
• Powder-coat fixing: powder-coated panels with foam, gasket, nameplate, trim and filter details; 360 high initial on powder, no drilling.
• Foam/gasket lamination: EVA/PU/EPDM/neoprene thin foam converted self-adhesive to metal/powder/PP; thin film fills micro-pores without piercing.
• Nameplates/decorative trim: equipment nameplates, automotive interior trim, appliance/medical panel labels; carrier-free clear no PET edge, UV/humidity stable.
