• Nomex 414 is a meta-aramid electrical insulation paper​ from DuPont, made from aromatic polyamide polymers via wet-laid papermaking and high-temperature calendering.

• Chemically identical to Nomex 410, it is processed under different calendering conditions to deliver a stronger yet more flexible, conformable sheet with an open surface.

• It is not a tape, but a high-performance insulation paper substrate​ — used standalone or laminated with adhesives like 3M 467MP / 3M 9460PC and then die-cut into precision parts.
